Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years P&C experience
  • Must have previous office experience
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be able to multi-task

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Products – proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Experience with AMS 360
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Service clients, with or without producer involvement
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients
  • Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
  • Order policies, issue documentation, binders, invoices as needed
